Relieves sore throat, cough and fever
Ingredients: Sundried, Organic Adathoda leaves

Made from natural and organically grown, freshly collected Adathoda leaves, this infusion relieves sore throat, cough and fever. Adathoda is known to be very effective against asthma, bronchitis, sore throat and cough.
Preparing Adathoda Infusion: For 1 cup (250 ml) of infusion: Add 1 tea spoon full of Adathoda leaves in 1.5 cups of water. Boil the water till it reduces to 1 cup. Filter and have it plain or with honey. For additional flavour, add fresh ginger and lemon grass while making this infusion. For a stronger infusion increase the quantity of leaves.
Instructions for use: To overcome sore throat, drink a warm cup of Adathoda infusion 2 to 3 times in a day for at least 7 days. It also prevents cold and cough from worsening if had at the very initial stages.
Refreshing and Invigorating

Ingredients: Organic Thulasi, Lemon grass, Ginger and Adathoda
This tea is highly refreshing and invigorating. Regular consumption builds immunity and protects from cough, cold and other common infections.
How to prepare: Boil 1 table spoon full of the herbal mix in 2 glasses of water till the water reduces by 50%. Filter and have the tea plain or with honey or jaggery powder. Adding a spoon full of herbal mix to the regular chai brew gives it a special flavour.

Instructions for use : Make a decoction (kashayam) by mixing 1/4 tsp of Churna in 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup milk and boiling it until it is half its volume. Avoid use of milk if there are signs of itching. Have the kashayam not more than twice a week soon after lunch.

For relief from indigestion, constipation take 2tsp Churna in warm water at bedtime
