DRY NEEM FLOWERS WITH HOT COOKED RICE

This can be had as part of a normal meal. It is also a perfect stomach conditioner and provides relief from indigestion.

Instructions
 

Method I

  • Take a cup full of dry Neem Flowers in a vessel. Add half a cup of sour curds and one teaspoon table salt to it and mix well. Allow the mix to soak for three days. Spread the mix on a plate and dry it under bright sun. Store this mix in a container.
  • Before having a rice meal, take 2 tsp full of this mix in an iron ladle, and fry it over an open flame with two tsp ghee or cooking oil until it turns dark in color. Even as it is hot, drop it over steaming cooked rice . Mix it in the rice and enjoy it as a meal.

Method II

  • Take a normal helping of hot cooked rice on your plate. Spread one tsp full of dry Neem flowers on the hot cooked rice, add table salt to taste and pour one teaspoon full of hot ghee or cooking oil on to the neem flowers. The rice can then be mixed and had as such.
