Kaigal Jaggery is processed by natural, traditional methods, from fresh crushed sugarcane juice on low fire. No bleaching agent, colouring dye or chemical stabilizer has been used.
Benefits: Rich in iron and minerals. Prevents anaemia. Aids digestion. Cleanses the body of toxins. Can be used as a replacement for white refined sugar and in the preparation of various sweets. Can also be substituted in baking recipes.
Note: Store airtight, away from moisture. Use dry spoon.
